Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic Digital Manager (Social Media) to lead digital marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and boost engagement & sales across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital media, social media management, influencer marketing, and e-commerce, combined with strong strategic thinking and execution skills


Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing (70%)

1. Digital Media Management:

  • Collaborate with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

2. Influencer Marketing:

  • Work closely with Brand Managers and agencies to identify and onboard relevant influencers for campaigns.
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with brand objectives and product launches.

3. Social Media Content:

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, trends, and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

4. Website Management & SEO:

  • Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve website performance and traffic.

5. CRM System:

  • Oversee the CRM system to manage customer data, segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage CRM insights to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

E-Commerce (30%)

1. E-Commerce Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
  • Optimize ad performance to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.

2. Affiliate & KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) Programs:

  • Develop and implement affiliate and KOC strategies that align with influencer marketing plans.
  • Identify and collaborate with affiliates and KOCs to amplify brand reach and drive sales.


Skills & Experience

A. Competency Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Digital Manager in a multinational company.
  • Direct experience in the personal care industry is preferred.
  • Social media savvy with deep knowledge of the influencer landscape. Ability to stay ahead of social media trends.
  • Strong understanding of Online Media channel planning & buying method (paid media by FB/Youtube/Tiktok/SEM/SEO), monitoring & evaluation
  • Strong influencing/communication skills to manage internal & external stakeholders (media agency, social agency, influencers)

B. Mindset Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership to drive and exceed business goals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take accountability for actions and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
  • Open-minded, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
