Our Healthcare client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to establish and grow their presence in the Cambodian market. Reporting to the International Markets Director based in Vietnam, the ideal candidate should have strong exposure in both Pharma Ethical and OTC channel, with fluency in Cambodian and English. 

• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to establish the business in Cambodia.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team. 
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and government authorities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold the company’s global standards,

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in sales and marketing in Pharma - Healthcare sector. 
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in Cambodian and English is a must. 
• Fluency in Vietnamese is a plus
