We are looking for a highly accomplished and detail-oriented Finance Controller to take charge of the company’s financial operations and steer its financial strategy. This role is critical in ensuring the organization’s financial health, compliance, and long-term sustainability. The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, from strategic planning and budgeting to risk management and team leadership. • Lead and oversee the company’s end-to-end financial processes, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting, to support the company’s growth and operational objectives.

• Ensure full compliance with all local and international financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in financial operations.

• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports, statements, and performance metrics to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners, providing clear and actionable insights to guide decision-making.

• Conduct thorough financial risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and design effective mitigation strategies to protect the company’s financial stability and reputation.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and procurement, to identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and enhanced financial efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development to ensure the team’s success and alignment with organizational goals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a global manufacturing or similarly complex organization.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles, with a proven track record of ensuring adherence to these requirements.
