Sr. Marketing Executive (Consumer Healthcare)
Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Marketing Executive to join the team of our client, a leading company in the food supplements and vitamins industry, as they prepare to enter the Vietnamese market. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing marketing strategies to launch and promote their products successfully in Vietnam.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design & Packaging: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop packaging designs that appeal to local consumers and comply with Vietnamese market regulations.
  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to developing and executing brand positioning strategies that resonate with Vietnamese consumers, ensuring the brand’s presence is strong and memorable.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Focus on building brand awareness, engaging with consumers, and driving product visibility.
  • Trade Marketing: Support trade marketing initiatives, working closely with distributors and retailers to enhance product visibility and availability at the point of sale.
  • Product Launch: Lead the planning and execution of product launches in the Vietnamese market, coordinating events, public relations efforts, and launch campaigns to ensure a successful market introduction.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to gather insights that will guide strategy, product positioning, and marketing activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution, ensuring seamless implementation of marketing campaigns.


Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the food supplements, vitamins, or Consumer Healthcare industry. Experience with managing similar product categories is a plus.
  • Skills: Solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, and trade marketing. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is essential for communication with both local and international teams. Strong English proficiency is particularly important in this role.
  • Creativity & Communication: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market, consumer behavior, and local trends.
